Son las palabras que se usan para decir con qué frecuencia hacemos algo y se usan mucho con el present simple (al igual que en español). Por ejemplo: siempre, normalmente, a veces, nunca…

Adverbios de frecuencia más comunes en inglés

Posición del adverbio en la frase

Normalmente, el adverbio va antes del verbo principal.

Ejemplos:

  • I always work in the morning. → Siempre trabajo por la mañana.
  • She usually drinks coffee. → Ella normalmente bebe café.

🔵 Con el verbo to be

Cuando el verbo es to be (ser o estar), el adverbio va después del verbo.

Ejemplos:

  • I am always tired. → Siempre estoy cansado/a.
  • She is never late. → Ella nunca llega tarde.
