Possessive Pronouns (mine, yours…) en inglés: Explicación + Ejercicios

Possessive Pronouns

Los possessive pronouns (pronombres posesivos) se usan para indicar posesión y sustituir el sustantivo y no repetirlo.

Es decir, no llevan nombre detrás.

Ejemplos:

  • This book is mine. → Este libro es mío
  • That car is hers. → Ese coche es suyo (de ella)
  • This house is ours. → Esta casa es nuestra

💙Nota: No confundir con Possessive Adjectives

Adjetivo:
This is my bag → Este es mi bolso
Pronombre:
This bag is mine → Este bolso es mío

Ejemplo comparado:
